A good mortgage calculator, simple and easy to understand. It will do for 95% of people looking to crunch some numbers.

Why go to so much trouble when either;
a) you should not have messed it up in the first place. Its your fault deal with it.
b) if they messed up why bother taking them back or even busting a gut to get them back.
Still I guess love is blind and all that.
I prefer the silent treatment
